In Montpellier and on its coast, we take on any luxury stay request, whatever its shape: a villa we manage, or one we find for you if we do not have it; a chef, a chauffeur, a boat from La Grande-Motte, a helicopter, a private evening, household staff. It is the guest side of our luxury concierge, whose other side looks after villas for their owners all year round. The two feed each other: because we manage houses every day, we know the craftsmen, chefs, captains, chauffeurs and addresses that make the difference, and we know what a great house demands for a stay to unfold without a single misstep.

Houses we manage or have visited, never shared, with staff composed for you: housekeeper, butler, nanny, security. If we do not have the right house, we find it for you. Montpellier and its coast, Cannes, Saint-Tropez.
02 · Table
One dinner, a weekend or the whole stay. Chefs from starred kitchens, a cellar from the great estates of Languedoc and Provence, dietary requirements followed to the letter.
03 · Mobility
Welcome at the airport, station or heliport, prestige sedan or van, the same chauffeur throughout the stay. Montpellier, Nice, Cannes, Saint-Tropez and the distances between them.
04 · Sea
A day at Pampelonne or the Lérins islands, a week towards Corsica, lunch at sea off the Camargue. A boat we have seen, a crew we know.
05 · Private aviation
Charter to Montpellier, Nice, Cannes-Mandelieu or La Môle, helicopter transfers to Saint-Tropez, private scenic flights. Coordinated all the way to the villa.
06 · Experiences
Estates opened for you in the Pic Saint-Loup, the Camargue on horseback, tables and beaches by introduction, spa and coaches in the villa, access to events.
How it works
A few lines are enough: who is coming, when, where, what matters. By form, phone or WhatsApp. The person who replies the same day is the one who will follow your stay.
Two or three options for each item, with photos and details, then one quote in which every line is legible: house, staff, chef, transfers, boat, flight, experiences. You know exactly what you pay, and for what.
A written itinerary, a contact reachable at any hour, and a team that handles what needs handling without you having to know. After the stay, nothing remains online.
Montpellier and the Hérault coast. Architect-designed villas and large family houses in the residential communes north of the city, farmhouses at the foot of the Pic Saint-Loup, seafront houses between Palavas and La Grande-Motte. Ten minutes from Montpellier Méditerranée airport, which has a business aviation terminal, forty minutes from the Camargue, and a wine country, the Pic Saint-Loup and the Terrasses du Larzac, that few international travellers know yet. Around 300 congresses and events a year, a university hospital and faculties bring year-round demand for a quiet house rather than a hotel.
Cannes. Properties in La Californie and Super Cannes with views over the bay, ten minutes from Cannes-Mandelieu business airport and thirty-five from Nice. The Lérins islands by private boat, the tables and private beaches of the Croisette, the festival and the Palais events when an accreditation is needed, Grasse and its perfumers inland.
Saint-Tropez. Houses in Les Parcs, Les Salins and Ramatuelle, minutes from Pampelonne. Light jets land at La Môle, larger aircraft at Nice or Toulon-Hyères, then fifteen to twenty minutes by helicopter to Grimaud or Saint-Tropez. Beach club tables by introduction, a day on the water, the polo in Gassin, Les Voiles in September. We also arrange the link between Montpellier and Saint-Tropez: forty minutes by helicopter.
Our guests have their privacy in common. We communicate no name, no date, no address. No photograph of a stay is ever published. Our staff, chefs, chauffeurs and captains are bound to the same reserve, by contract. A non-disclosure agreement is signed on request, before any detail is exchanged. Requests received through this site reach management, are handled by one person and are never passed to a third party, beyond the suppliers strictly needed for the stay. Discretion also applies to the neighbourhood: our villas sit in residential areas where people know each other. We choose houses with private access, arrange arrivals and departures without a convoy, and would rather decline a request than expose a house or its guests.
To give an idea, without revealing anything: a family of twelve across three generations, one week in July in a villa north of Montpellier with a resident chef, a nanny, a chauffeur and a day in the Camargue. An executive landing by jet in Montpellier on a Tuesday evening for a congress, sleeping in a quiet house ten minutes from the Corum rather than in a hotel, leaving on Thursday. A couple in Saint-Tropez in September for Les Voiles, arriving by helicopter from Nice, a day on a yacht, two chef's dinners. A group of friends in Cannes for a birthday, a villa in La Californie, a starred chef one evening, the Lérins islands the next day. A family from abroad wanting to discover the Pic Saint-Loup with a winemaker, then home for dinner.
Some requests do not go ahead, because they are not reasonable or because we do not have the right house. We say so quickly and plainly; that too is a form of service.
